5 Actionable Steps for When Your Mood is Low

So much of what we do with and to our minds and our bodies is connected to our mood. From what we are thinking, to our perceptions, beliefs and ideas. Sometimes, what we believe to an absolute fact is often shaped by and even created by our innocent and unconscious thoughts. When we begin to look toward understanding the nature of our thoughts, our wisdom, our moods, and perceptions, we can have new and better experiences and feelings.    

We can even use our bodies and tune into them for information about what we are thinking and feeling and what we might need to move forward and feel better. I share with you a story about perception, followed by some actionable things you can do to help improve your mood when it’s low, and some encouragement to keep doing the next right small things toward better.
