Amelia Coffman, M.A., Ph.D. Candidate

Amelia is in her final year of school as a Ph.D. student in Social Psychology & Health at the University of Houston, where she is studying lapse and relapse in eating disorders, after her own journey through anorexia, bulimia, and self-injury. As she finishes her dissertation, she often speaks and writes, both professionally and personally. Amelia is passionate about sharing her story with others who have come to believe, as she once did, that recovery is out of reach.
