Amy Whittle

My name is Amy Whittle, I'm 22, and I've been living with an eating disorder on and off for 9 years. I was in denial to myself and everyone and around me for so long but a few months ago I was finally honest with myself and my loved ones about what was going on. Since then I have started my challenging journey through recovery and want to spread some hope and positivity for others that may be going through a similar thing.
