Anastasia Nevin MS, RDN, RYT is a Nutrition Therapist and Yoga Instructor who specializes in the relationship between body, food, and eating. She is the owner of Anastasia Health LLC. Anastasia works to incorporate mindfulness, movement and body awareness with food behaviors, guiding clients to learn how to appreciate their bodies. Anastasia graduated from Stanford University with honors in Psychology. She went on to complete her Masters in Nutrition Education at Columbia University, and since then has worked in both outpatient and eating disorder treatment program settings. Most recently she served as Lead Nutritionist and Yoga Teacher at Monte Nido's EDTNY (Eating Disorder Treatment of New York). She is trained in Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, Ayurveda and Restorative Yoga, and uses more subtle therapeutic techniques to incorporate body-centered healing into her holistic approach.
