Ann Saffi Biasetti, PhD, LCSW-R

Ann Saffi Biasetti, PhD, LCSW has been a practicing psychotherapist for over twenty-seven years. She is the author of "Befriending Your Body: A Self Compassionate Approach to Freeing Yourself from Disordered Eating". She maintains a private practice in Saratoga Springs, New York, specializing in somatic psychotherapy and eating disorder recovery. Dr. Biasetti is also a certified yoga teacher, yoga therapist, and mindfulness and self-compassion teacher/trainer, trained in the Mindful Self-Compassion program. She is currently developing a training program in self-compassion and embodiment based on her book “Befriending Your Body”.
