Brooke Mills

Brooke Mills

Brooke is currently pursuing her master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University and is recovered from anorexia and bulimia. She volunteers as an eating disorder recovery mentor for the National Association of Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders (ANAD) and leads a weekly “Meditation and ED Recovery” group at Casa Palmera Treatment Center in Del Mar, CA. Her treatment approach is mindful-based and behavioral, and she believes relationships are the most powerful anecdotes for both eating and substance use disorders. Brooke is also an Army reservist and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. click here.
