Crystal is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who received her undergraduate degree from Point Loma Nazarene University in Dietetics and her Master’s degree in Nutrition Science from the University of Saint Joseph. With a specific focus on eating disorders and maternal/child health, Crystal has had several years of experience working with a diverse patient population. As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, Crystal practices a holistic approach to healing from eating disorders through gentle nutrition. Crystal works with clients to help them reestablish a peaceful relationship with food and their bodies through the process of eating disorder recovery.
