Erin O'Brien

Erin is a graduate student at Pepperdine University, studying clinical psychology with an emphasis on marriage and family therapy. She received her Bachelor’s degree in film from the University of Tampa and spent several years working in television. After going through her own recovery from an eating disorder, Erin felt a pull to help others dealing with similar struggles. She is passionate about eliminating the stigma around mental illness of all degrees as well as conceptualizing cases through a multicultural lens. When she’s not studying, she enjoys hiking, visiting national parks, listening to musicals, and snuggling with her cat, Nessa.
