Hannah Boardman

My name is Hannah and I can finally say after 10 years of living with an Eating Disorder, I am completely recovered. However, beating my ED was only the beginning. This gave me the freedom to find my voice and start to create a vision for what I wanted my life to be like. Something which I could never even contemplate before as my Eating Disorder was crushing my true self. If I can do it, after years of many failed attempts so can you! I am now an Eating Disorder Therapist and Coach, having trained in multiple therapeutic approaches in order to provide a complete, holistic solution to help my client permanently recover like I did!
