Kristen Cooke

Kristen is a graduate student studying music performance and living with her husband and step-son in Athens, Georgia. She is a gentle and creative soul who loves camping and being outside with her husband, snuggling her kitties, playing with her nephew, and all things coffee. Finally tasting the life of recovery after 25 years of struggling with disordered eating, anorexia, and over-exercising, Kristen hopes to use her experience and passion for writing to be an encouraging presence for others who are struggling. She feels a calling to give, to uplift, and to be a kind and affirming presence to everyone she meets.
