Lauren Fowler is proud to be a non-diet Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and writer. She works with clients with eating disorders and disordered eating to develop a healthy relationship with food and nourish their bodies in a new way. Along her own journey, she discovered yoga and intuitive eating and believes strongly in the power of connecting to your body and honoring its desires for food, movement, and much more.
