Lauren Harding
Lauren is currently a graduate student in the social work program at IUPUI working on her master’s degree to become a licensed therapist. She obtained her undergraduate degree from BYU-Idaho in child development/psychology. Lauren has had experience working at a residential eating disorder treatment center and over time has developed a passion for helping individuals who struggle with eating disorders/disordered eating, chronic dieting, activity addiction, and negative body image. Through her own experience of struggling with an eating disorder and subsequent recovery Lauren provides unique insight and support. She recently completed her eating disorder recovery coaching certification through the Carolyn Costin program and is specially trained to support clients and client treatment teams in making day-to-day behavior changes necessary for recovery. Lauren is passionate about helping others to heal their relationship with food, with their body, but most importantly with themselves. Lauren lives in Indianapolis with her husband and dog. She enjoys being outdoors, baking, and reading.
