Megan Pogue

Megan Pogue

Megan is in her early 30s and recovering from anorexia and exercise bulimia. She finally decided to truly try recovery four years ago after 13 years of putting ED first and, while she has recently experienced a relapse, she has recommitted to recovery. She has found an identity outside of ED in her faith, volunteering, spending time in nature, cycling, and exploring various artistic pursuits. No matter how many setbacks she has had, she has no doubt that there is a fully recovered life waiting for her. She blogs about her own experience in recovery.
