Mona Abahri

Mona Abahri

My name is Mona Abahri. I’m 20 years old and I dealt with anorexia since the age of 13. Despite some days I don’t feel comfortable with myself I consider myself as recovered because I regained the ability to rule my own life without anorexia telling me what’s right or wrong. I’m an equestrian so I love being outside in the nature. My reason to write is to tell people how I felt, how I got better and how I dealt with all the difficulties. So maybe I can help just one other person in need.
