Nicole Groman, MS, RD

Nicole is a registered dietitian nutritionist in New York City. She received her Bachelor of Science in Developmental Psychology from Cornell University, and her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, where she also completed her dietetic internship. With experience in both inpatient acute care as well as outpatient counseling, she is well-versed in working with a wide range of patients with a variety of conditions, histories, and goals. In her private practice, Body Over Mind Nutrition, Nicole encourages prioritizing your body over your mind, having faith that your body will tell you what it needs, what it doesn't, when it's had too much, or if it hasn't had enough. Her goal is to make sure you enjoy food in a way that helps promote optimal physical health and - just as importantly - mental health surrounding food.
