BEHIND THE MIC
Jessica Flint is the Founder of Recovery Warriors and creator of the Courage Club – our membership community for liberation from food and weight issues.
For a decade, Jessica and her team have supported people all over the world to uncover the root causes of body dissatisfaction and low self-esteem.
Recovery Warriors has provided a safe space for those in need of hope and motivation to let go of an eating disorder and embrace a new life. It’s a one of a kind platform that calls on the recovery stories of others to use their voice and, together, stand strong against society’s unrealistic beauty standards and systems of oppression.
Thanks to the podcast, Rise Up recovery app and online articles, Recovery Warriors has drawn together a loving and supportive community of warriors sharing the journey to food and body freedom, garnering 30 million sessions.
