We all have dreams, however, an eating disorder can shadow them. When you take away the obsession and preoccupation to food and your body there is a well of creativity. Inside of you is a writer, singer, dancer, mother, healer, teacher, business owner, designer, photographer, video producer, and/or world traveler. Dreams are the central theme of this episode of The Recovery Warrior Show. What are they? Why are they important? How do you find out what yours are? How do you go about making them become reality? These questions and many more get answered so tune in to tap in to your inner calling.
Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.-Mark Twain

Hi Jessica! 🙂
I’m an overseas follower of your podcast. And I just wanted to leave a comment and say how particularly great this episode was! I am going to try to make a dream map now. Loved the analogy of an co-dependent (is that what you said?) relationship, could totally relate and smiled for myself when I realized that you where going to say that it’s the same with leaving a eating disorder. I am also wondering if, and in that case when, you will launch a 2017 dream map workbook?
Greetings from Sweden.
Hello, I absolutely loved the previous years’ dream map. Will you be releasing one for 2022?
