What’s up Warriors!
Are you ready to move on with our series? If you didn’t get a chance to tune in last month we began a journey through one of yoga’s most fundamental set of poses with Warrior One. Now here’s an opportunity to focus your energy towards love instead of fear as you take aim on your recovery goals with the next posture. Warrior Two calls us to hone in on our deepest desire for inner peace beyond the battle ground of the eating disorder. It takes great perseverance to proceed through the darkness, but keep the faith, you have what it takes.
